Your membership in the AligarhProperty.com service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.
Indemnity

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India and the laws of India will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are subject to courts of appropriate jurisdiction in Aligarh. You hereby explicitly agree for Aligarh court’s jurisdiction for any disputes that may arise.
